Summer White Wine Series: Chablis

A high standard and reliable wine.

Once associated with a cheap reputation, true French Chablis is a high standard and reliable Chardonnay grape wine. Known for its seductive minerality because of good breeding, it’s grown in ancient seabeds over 150 million years old. This special terroir in the northern Burgundy region of France gives Chablis its flinty, stone, and dry characteristics. It pairs well with seafood, especially lobster. Plus you can use the melted butter for later!
