The Closest Thing to The Perfect Dinner
The holy grail of a Wildcatter is the perfect fine dining experience. The Network has searched the United States, from New York to San Francisco and beyond, in hopes of experiencing culinary perfection. While enjoying some fabulous meals, the word PERFECT has yet to be mentioned…until now. Not necessarily known as a haven of fine dining, Salt Lake City, Utah is home to the closest thing to the perfect dinner we have ever experienced:
Valter’s Osteria
Valter’s Osteria is the pride and joy of owner Valter Nassi, who honed his skills in the kitchen based upon his mother’s cooking. His restaurant is a modern twist on a Tuscan Granary, with a full bar and a superb wine selection. The staff is excellent and attentive, plus they display the most special adulation for their passionate and creative employer by lovingly referring to Valter as Maestro.
For those adventurous Wildcatters (oops…redundant), we suggest you set the menu aside and turn your food fortunes over to Valter. His seasonal and creative Taster Menus are truly magical.
In true Wildcatter style, we can only call Valter’s Osteria the Closest Thing to the Perfect Dinner, instead of Perfect, because the search for perfection would then be complete. Alas, the search must go on, but we will never forget our oh-so-special evening that was just a whisper away from PERFECT!!
