Midland’s first taproom is well on its way to opening. After a few delays and setbacks, Tall City Brewing Co. (TCBC) is finally making beer! The inaugural batch was brewed on Saturday, September 28th. The ale is now sitting in fermentation tanks and should be ready any day. Cold storage is waiting for the beer at a frigid 36 degrees.
