Jacinto 1930 has one of the most unique menus in all of San Miguel de Allende, with a major focus on Mexico’s most representative ingredient: Maize. Chefs Matteo Salas and Israel Loyola use their innovative minds and skills to create traditional Mexican dishes with a high cuisine spin. The dishes are beautifully plated with edible garnishes, making you think twice about eating it. Trust us, you will be happy you did! Some of the more unique options on the menu are the grilled squid tacos and the beef tongue tenderloin. Pictured are the Chicharrón Gorditas, Sikil Pak with corn flutes, and Lechón (pork dish). In the mixology department, tequila and mezcal with flavors of jalapeño and mole are very present in their crafted cocktails. The restaurant is nestled between art galleries and boutiques, offering a great vibe and the opportunity to explore it all by walking off the delicious meal you just had.
