On May 2, Blackbird Vineyards and The Petroleum Club of Midland teamed up for a very special wine pairing dinner. The president of Blackbird, Paul Leary, came from Napa Valley to spread the joy in Midland!
The delicious five-course dinner was perfected by The Petroleum Club and each course was paired with one of Blackbird’s high-end labels. Courses included Seared Quail Breast and New York Strip Steak. In between courses, Paul explained how each wine is unique and what exactly made their flavor profiles pair so well.
