All the Best, Jean-Louis

Wildcatters Network is very excited to be a part of a new project; a documentary film entitled All the Best, Jean-Louis, about legendary French Chef Jean-Louis Palladin. This multi-platform project includes a Salon Series of live events, which are being filmed for the documentary. We had the honor of attending a Salon Series at the French Ambassador’s Residence in Washington, D.C. We enjoyed a four-course, sit-down, dinner prepared by Michelin Chef Robert Wiedmaier, a welcome champagne reception with the ambassador, and a conversation with featured chefs, including world-renowned Daniel Boulud, sharing their “Tales of Jean-Louis” and exploring the gastronomic relationship between France and the U.S.
