In 2018, members of the Wildcatters Network acquired a 12,105-acre ranch in central Texas called Brady Creek Ranch. It was soon after re-dubbed Wildcatter Lake Ranch. With a variety of terrains and a 25-acre lake, the property was ideal for ranching, agriculture, and recreation.
Wildcatters Network partnered with an outstanding management team that made improvements to the property and subdivided it. In approximately eighteen months, the management team was able to sell the property in six separate tracts.
The Wildcatters Network is very proud of this investment; it has also been a lot of fun utilizing the ranch for recreational purposes during the sales process!
