The Wildcatters Network purchased approximately 200 acres in eight separate tracts of land in West Odessa from a group out of El Paso. The sellers had several interested buyers in some of the smaller tracts, however they were intent on selling all 200 acres to one buyer. After a lengthy negotiation period, the Wildcatters Network purchased the entire 200 acres. Shortly thereafter, we sold two 10-acre tracts to a service company. These tracts were located contiguous, on both sides, to the service company’s yard.
